Registration of Substances: RASTECH is principally a supplier of articles, which do not require registration under REACH, we are in the process of contacting our suppliers of “substances, preparations, and articles” to ensure that all necessary pre-registration/registration requirements are being met within the required timeframes. This effort extends to all materials used by RASTECH that are within the scope of REACH and with regard to the applications in which those materials are used in our products. Ongoing Supply: As a result of our preparation and ongoing efforts described above, compliance with REACH is not expected to disrupt the supply of materials used in RASTECH’s products or the supply of products to our customers. Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC): We are regularly monitoring the continuing additions of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) to the Candidate List, which is the first step of the REACH Authorisation procedure. Be assured that, if any SVHC is identified in any of our products above the threshold of 0.1% by weight, we will communicate the required information to our customers, according to REACH Article 33.
